Digital Fusion Lab is led by Simon Parslow, a seasoned entrepreneur and senior commercial operator with experience spanning product development, brand development, sales, marketing, websites, systems integration, e-commerce, fulfilment and operational delivery. His background combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, shaped by years of working at director, owner and senior management level across multiple businesses.
Simon describes his role as the “Commercial Glue” — someone who can look at a business process holistically, understand how the moving parts connect, spot inefficiencies or missed opportunities, and help join the dots from concept through to delivery.

Target 3PL needed a returns module for their Petite Amelie account — one that could process incoming returns, capture photos and notes, apply the correct charges via Mintsoft, and give the client a real-time dashboard. We added it to the existing Warehouse Tools app they were already using.
